 Invention No. 1 - Homage to Scarlatti - 5-1-1986 

 John's first musical piece dates from May 1, 1986, the day he completed his first piano composition. Studying a Domenico  Scarlatti sonata influenced this piece and was the inspirational basis that sparked his career as a composer.
